Job Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving continuous improvement and achieving organizational objectives.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
• Streamline and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Oversee daily operations, including resource allocation, workflow management, and task prioritization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and enhanced productivity
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to enhance team morale and productivity

Requirements

Essential qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in operational management software and tools

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field
• Certification in operations management or a relevant field
• Experience in implementing process improvements and operational best practices
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies

Working conditions:

• Work is typically performed in an office environment, with occasional visits to operational sites
• Standard office hours, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work as needed
• Travel may be required, depending on business needs and operational requirements

Physical requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time and perform work on a computer
• Occasional participation in on-site operational activities may be required
