Qualifications

• MUST have 2 years of color consulting/design experience – onsite and virtual. Preferably delivering services to residential in the painting, renovation industry, or other home service industries.
• You have a passion for success & a track record of achieving and exceeding expectations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and detail oriented.
• You are extremely organized.
• You are driven, reliable, and hold yourself accountable for results.
• You're friendly and able to build rapport quickly with customers and team members.
• You possess the ability to work alone with little to no supervision.
• You have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform both in person and virtual color consults as needed.
• Communicates with Customers and Office effectively and in a timely manner.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through follow-up communication.
• Stays up to date with current design/color trends.
• Meets outlined deadlines on a consistent basis.
