Paint EZ of Edina & Richfield is Hiring a Sales Professional Near Minneapolis, MN

Paint EZ is a professional painting contractor that specializes in top quality interior and exterior painting and staining. Our customers are residential homeowners and commercial businesses that are looking for top customer service, knowledgeable employees, and experienced professional crews. As an in home and/or office Sales Consultant, you are a key team member upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are responsible for consulting with customers, preparing accurate estimates while growing new relationships and cultivating existing relationships. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Shows up on the job site; greets the customer; requests to walk around the property.
  • Asks the customer questions and makes recommendations.
  • Meet with customers to estimate cost of jobs and services
  • Follow up with prospective customers by phone or email
  • Ensure that our customers’ needs and their expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal
  • Schedule and/or perform color consultations as necessary
  • Ensure that all field marketing programs are being executed
  • Initiates lead generation programs.
  • Visits current projects to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Performs follow-up function once jobs are completed to ensure customer satisfaction.

This person will be instrumental in revenue generating activities within the business. The key responsibilities of this position include: perform sales appointments following our proven sales process, initiate lead generating programs, attend networking events, start and follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction, and complete performance reports to measure important KPI’s.

Qualifications:

  • Previous construction/consumer sales experience desired
  • Drivers License

Compensation:

  • An incentive rich commission structure that includes a base draw schedule.
  • Unlimited earning potential!
  • Company provided phone/computer.
  • Car provided or a car allowance will be allocated.
  • All Paint EZ locations are independently owned and operated. All positions identified here are positions offered by individual Paint EZ franchisees who will interview, hire, pay, manage, etc. the person who is hired for that respective position at each specific location. Pay: $44,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
