Looking for an experienced reliable Medical Assistant to work in our busy Pain Management and addiction medicine practice to work as a navigator.

A navigator job is to help patients recieving medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services for Medicaid members by establishing additional supports and reducing administrative barriers for

providers providing these addiction services.

Responsibilities include:

-Assesses needs for MAT success

-Creates and maintains care plan

-Provides linkages to transportation, counseling services,

appointments, family education, 12 step meetings, etc.

Additionally Medical assistant will help with:

- Front desk

-Clinical preparation of patient will work hand and hand with Physician or Nurse Practitioner

- Should be proficient in computers, EHR

-Must be willing to travel
