Duties:

- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Administer basic life support measures when necessary
- Provide patient education on medication, procedures, and general health information
- Assist with coding and billing processes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and continuity of care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy
- Proficient in medical administrative support tasks
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach
- Basic life support certification preferred
- Familiarity with hospital medicine and urgent care practices
- Understanding of coding principles for accurate billing
- Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
