As a receptionist you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Insurance verification
• Creating patient charts in EMR system.
• Charting patients insurance and demographic information.
• Faxing documentation to other medical offices
• Answering and delegating phone calls

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Social perceptiveness and service oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Degree in medical assistance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
