IT Internship Position Summary:

• New user setups
• New computer installations at PADNOS local and remote locations
• Windows 10 to Windows 11 testing
• PC hardware and desktop software support and upgrades
• Assist with email cutover for remote locations
• Assist with Scale computer upgrades
• Overall support at PADNOS remote sites
• Basic user help desk support
• Office365 / Exchange support and administration
• Wide Area Network & Local Area Network Support
• Phone System Support (Cisco VOIP / CUCM)
• System and Network monitoring
• Ongoing IT project improvements
• Actively participates in Internship Program and associated events

IT Internship Qualifications:

• Actively pursuing bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related field (preferably freshman, sophomore or junior status)
• Must be willing to work in person at office site (including travel to other PADNOS locations)
• Strong communication skills
• A "Can Do Attitude"
• Fast Learner
• Flexible work schedule
• Basic to moderate Microsoft Office experience (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Windows 10 & 11 operating systems
• Basic PC hardware setup and configuration knowledge
• Must be able to work independently on trips to outlying locations
• Ability to document business processes
