Company DescriptionViscount has one of the fastest asset pool cycles in the world, our supply chain solutions are designed to be traceable throughout the supply chain, maintain the most stringent quality standards and increase speed to market.Our design and manufacturing expertise enable our products to be reused multiple times which keeps resources in circulation longer and reduces the environmental impact.Job DescriptionAbout this opportunity The Business Partners role is a newly created position aimed at providing ongoing support to the SM&I teams in the delivery of profitable business growth.A key focus of this role will be to assist in driving growth initiatives, ensuring resources and the administration of projects are coordinated to optimise the delivery of product and process solutions for Viscount Reuse customers.Your key responsibilities will be to:Provide support to the Business Manager and the wider SM&I team to assist in the delivery of growth initiatives.Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders on the development and delivery of new products aligned to strategic growth.Generate and distribute agreed reports Monitor and report actual resin material price movements and communicate as required.Assist in identifying and commercialising material solutions aimed at broadening market opportunities (metal detectable, fire retardant, heat resistant, recycled).Management of customer contracts, ensuring terms and conditions contained within are reviewed and actionedDevelop and implement processes that improve the control of labels / RFID’s / dividers from the supplier network. Assist in the management of contracted design and technical resources.Establish and foster close working relationships with all members of the NPD cross functional teams.Your skills and experienceTo be successful in this role, you’ll have:Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to deliver the message across a wide range of stakeholders and cross functional teams.Negotiation and Persuasion Skills – using tact and diplomacy always, knowing when to compromise and when to take a stand, in order to persuade.Project Management Skills & Business Intelligence Strong research and strategic analysis skillsHigh competency working with Microsoft Office, SAP and Excel software.Circular Economy – understanding how the circular underpins everything we do and selling this message internally and externally as part of the company values and personal ethos.Qualifications5 Years’ experience in a role that has required strong administration skills, project management and or a product development focus.Secondary training in business administration and or project management would be highly regarded
