We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, ensure efficient store operations, and maintain a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in retail management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations, including customer service, inventory control, and financial performance.
• Train and develop store staff to ensure customer satisfaction and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
