Main Beach Toys & Games is looking for an Associate Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be self motivated, display strong attention to detail, and maintain professionalism at all times. The Associate Manager is a skilled multi-tasker and demonstrates an ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

Sales services – Manage all store sales & merchandising. Report daily sales and capture all credit and cash receipts. Perform inventory counts as needed. Maintaining clean and attractive merchandise displays.

Customer Service – Respond to customer issues and resolve their needs as they arise. Maintain a clean store environment safe from all hazards. 

Supervise – Observe flow of customers and sales, make executive decisions such as replacing supplies or store needs. 

Some duties are performed off-site (going to the bank for change, trips to wholesale stores for supplies) Gas mileage and time traveled will be compensated, no more than 20 miles round trip.

Requirements:

High school diploma
Valid driver’s license, ability to drive
OPEN weekend and holiday availability 
Ability to stay calm, patient and professional at all times
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Customer service skills
