The Registered Nurse I functions as a primary liaison between patient and physician, via phone or in person. Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse implements the entire nursing process to include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation for an assigned group of patients and provides quality patient care that is efficient, effective and evidence based. Collaborates with the clinician and staff in the delivery of patient care.

Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Degree in Nursing from an accredited College or University.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience. Experience in an electronic medical record (EMR), such as Epic preferred.
License/Certification: CA Registered Nurse (RN). Current CPR certification.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Minimum to Midpoint Range (1.0 FTE):$106,974 to $133,723
