Pacific Paper Products, Inc is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Memphis, TN

Pacific Paper is seeking a Office Administrator to be located in Memphis TN at our Bath and Towel Tissue Converting Facility. The successful candidate will be working within a lean high speed manufacturing environment reporting to the Production and Plant Manager. Job requirements will entail, but are not limited to.

  • Must have I.T. experience
  • Must have a background in accounting
  • Must have a background in Human Resources
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Must be able to work 8 to 12 hours shifts.
  • Must possess a sense of urgency
  • Capable of functioning with no supervision
  • Must lead by example keeping in account company policies, procedures, goals and objectives
  • Submit timely reports, daily production paperwork, shipping and receiving paperwork
  • Responsible for agendas, appointments, etc. for upper management. Including, but not limited to, CEO, Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager
  • Assistant to CEO, Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager
  • Responsible for ordering and inventory of consumable supplies, consumable supplies, consumable parts and critical spares
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment: inventory supplies and order replacements supplies as needed
  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Responsible for personnel staff scheduling
  • Coordinate building and maintenance issues with property manager for general repair and updates
  • Previous work experience is a plus
  • Basic math skills and reading comprehension
  • Consistent attendance with on time arrival

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
