This role requires adaptability, a professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in diverse work environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Wiring customer equipment, both indoors and outdoors, adhering to specifications.
- Identifying and utilizing appropriate tools and materials for assigned tasks.
- Understanding and mitigating hazards associated with equipment wiring and power tool usage.
- Maintaining awareness of site safety protocols and procedures.
- Accurately following method of procedure and completing assigned tasks.
- Learning to troubleshoot and communicate equipment performance issues effectively.
- Collaborating professionally with colleagues and clients.
- Willingness to travel overnight and work in adverse weather conditions.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant telecom or civil type experience.
- Basic understanding of wireless telecommunication concepts and technologies.
- Some introductory experience with AC/DC circuits, with a willingness to learn and further develop skills in this area.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and job requirements.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate project demands.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges encountered on the job.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Possession of a current valid Driver’s License; CDL is advantageous.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug/background screening.
- Local to market.
