Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for an RF Technician II who will fulfill the responsibilities outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to climb and work on communications towers to install, replace, and repair antenna systems equipment.
- Should understand and know the tools and materials to properly perform the cope of work within spec in the telecommunication industry.
- Understands and can acknowledge the hazards associated with tower climbing, construction materials, and working near energized lines and equipment.
- Follow method of procedure accurately and complete assigned tasks.
- Troubleshoot and communicate equipment performance issues.
- Maintain professional attitude when working with Top Hands, Supervisor, CMs, and PMs.
- Overnight Travel as needed.
- Able to work in adverse weather conditions (Heat, Snow, Rain, Wind).
Qualifications:
- Must be a well-organized self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Not afraid of heights
- Able to climb towers, squat, bend and lift 50lbs.
- Current valid Driver’s License or CDL is a plus
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Good listener and ability to learn
- Pass a pre-employment drug (marijuana included)/background screen.
