We have an immediate opportunity to join our growing company. We are currently seeking a full-time Return Mail Clerk for our Tracy, CA corporate office. This individual will be responsible for processing medical record requests, pulling and filing files and perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

•Process all medical record requests received from legal offices

•Pull files and file files

•Note and obtain correct addresses for patient returned mail

•Back up credit card processing clerk

•Perform other duties as needed

Job Requirements:

•High School Diploma or Equivalent

Physical Requirements:

•Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. as needed, stand, use hands to handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, use a step ladder to climb/balance, stoop kneel, and crouch.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $16.00 - $17.00
