We are currently seeking a full-time Patient Billing Specialist for our Tracy office. Job Responsibilities :

• Process and bill all Co2 billing. (Patient Billing)
• Confirm all pricing and ensure accuracy on all Patient invoices.
• Process incoming paperwork to replace the product to the facilities within 24 hours.
• Receive incoming payments of all types; research and disperse as required.
• Responsible for managing all incoming orders (mail, phone, and email) from Direct Pay Customers.
• Bill all Cash Pay Post-op (DPO) Orders.
• Process Purchase Orders in Support of Purchasing Clerk as needed.
• Communicate any issues with Medical Billing Manager.
• Process Professional Courtesy Orders.
• Perform other duties as needed. Job Requirements :
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Typing minimum 50 words per minute.
