We have an immediate opening to join our growing company. We are currently seeking a full-time DME Sales and Service Manager in the New Jersey/Philadelphia territory. This position will be responsible for the growth and maintenance of Pacific Medical’s Insurance Billing, Direct Bracing, and Top Shelf Orthopedics sales. This position is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven/motivated individual looking to produce results in an expanding market.
Job Responsibilities:
·Service current physician and clinic accounts and create new account opportunities for our medical products and services.
·Set-up and track progress of all sales calls and current business. Create targets and goals for sales growth.
·Must have a command of all products and services and communicate these effectively to the customer. This includes knowledge of the functionality, features, and benefits that differentiate our products from the competition.
·Provide exceptional customer service to all patients with products. Perform measurements and application of orthopedic soft good devices such as knee orthoses, spinal bracing, ankle-foot-orthoses, and other devices as necessary.
·Communicate with clinical staff to receive proper documentation to create a billable episode of care.
·Manage and maintain inventories of consigned products within accounts. Review inventory reports and provide information as needed to the external and internal teams to improve and resolve discrepancies.
·Review sales reports to verify growth/declines and implement corrective action as needed.
·Attend regional and corporate meetings, trainings, and seminars as needed.
·Adhere to the Medical Centers’ policies and procedures and core values.
Requirements:
·B.A. or B.S. Degree
·Background or experience in healthcare, sports medicine, physical therapy, or athletic training preferred.
·At least 1-2 years field sales experience preferred.
·Valid Driver’s License
·Knowledge of Human Anatomy
·Competent in Microsoft based Platforms (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook)
·Ability to travel (drive) throughout the territory during the day.
·Hard-working with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Compensation Range:
Base Salary of $65-$75K with a monthly expense reimbursement for all eligible expenses plus a monthly Bonus/Commission opportunity.
