ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct and supervise all aspects of the project construction process up to completion.
- Manage and ensure timely execution of construction schedule.
- Monitor site cleanliness and trade partner compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Schedule and monitor trade partners to complete work with quality and timeliness.
- Perform walkthroughs and execute all home deliveries.
- Maintain consistent communication and coordinate with the Project Manager, Sales team, and Purchasing team.
- Manage the installation and maintenance of SWPPP on the construction site.
- Drive the permitting and inspection sign-off process.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and people skills
- A minimum of 3 years experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of residential construction
- A thorough knowledge of all trades
