Pacific Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking a talented and innovative HR Specialist to join our team at our Production Facilities in The Dalles, OR. PCP is dedicated to investing in its people and fostering a culture of service, where each employee can do their best to make affordable, high-quality food for customers across North America.
We have two production facilities located in The Dalles, Oregon, specifically dedicated to processing cherries. The facilities are equipped with advanced sorting and pitting equipment, enabling us to efficiently process large volumes of cherries while maintaining strict quality standards. We take our environmental responsibility seriously and have implemented a number of eco-friendly practices at the facilities, such as water conservation measures and use energy-efficient lighting and equipment to reduce our carbon footprint. Our facilities are an important part of the Pacific Northwest's agricultural industry and play a key role in the production of high-quality cherry products for consumers around the world.
Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour; candidate will be paid based on their work experience and skills. Full time. This position is eligible for the annual profit-sharing bonus program.
As an HR Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with Operations Management to strategically plan workforce requirements, manage attendance matters, oversee payroll functions, and provide essential administrative support.
