Team Leader
The Team Leader will assist the General Manager with directing the daily operations of the FOH restaurant, ensuring compliance with the company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, and financial accountability. Managers will ensure that the highest quality food and services are delivered to each guest.

This is a full-time, hourly position, working a 40-hour week, plus 7.5 hours of scheduled overtime. Nights and Weekends are required.

Training will be provided by Pacific Catch, Inc. at one of Bay Area locations.
