Pacific Catch is Hiring a Food Runner (Take Out) Near Sunnyvale, CA

We currently have 12 locations around the San Francisco Bay Area and 2 locations in Southern California! Including a brand-new location in Tustin, accompanied by additional openings in the coming year!!

SCHEDULE

This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Hours may be different every week and schedules are not set or guaranteed. The ideal candidate will have full availability on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, as well as some weekday availability. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Run food and beverages out to the correct tables as they appear in the window. Check all items for completion, accuracy, and table numbers. Communicate with server and kitchen if something is incorrect or missing from an order
  • Be aware of and be able to inform Guests of Pacific Catch’s ingredients and components of all food and beverage items, as well as how to find this information if more details are needed
  • Ensures that all necessary condiments and that appropriate serving implements, dishes, glassware, and utensils are available (and clean) for Guests
  • During any downtime, proactively assist other team members or as requested by the manager. Make sure to-go roll-ups (napkin, fork, chopsticks, and knife rolled-up) and server station are stocked
  • Exercise care with all restaurant equipment, dishes, silverware, and glasses to ensure minimum breakage


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • High school education required; Hospitality or other degrees are a plus
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred

PHYSICAL

  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds

COMPENSATION

  • $18.55 Per Hour
