Pacetti Unlimited is Hiring a Remote Advisor Near Rochester, NY

We are seeking an outgoing individual for our Remote Customer Advisor position. As an Advisor, you will be responsible for booking amazing experiences for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all around the world.

Job Summary:

Advisors handle the research and booking process for clients, this can include airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales. Anyone who loves to help people is highly encouraged to apply!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clients.
  • Review individual needs to ensure you can create specially designed itineraries to meet client needs.
  • Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certifications.
  • Become an ambassador for the brand.
  • Work alongside other team members.
  • Provide suggested budgets for clients and provide suggestions accordingly.
  • Create promotional materials to utilize.
  • Stay up to date on changes within the industry.
  • Monitor ever-changing restrictions.
  • Effectively communicate with clients.
  • Promptly respond to all inquiries.
  • Practice efficient time-management when researching and communicating with clients.
  • Handle issues that may arise.
  • Maintain up to date information within our software.
  • Network with tour operators regarding packages that you can possibly offer to clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 18years of age, and be authorized to work within the US.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus).
  • Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but not required.
  • Previous experience in customer service also a plus, but not required.
