Responsibilities:

-Enter accurate Oasis documentation
-Monitor and ensure consumer health care needs and treatments are maintained in accordance with all current and applicable standards.

-Monitor the administration, ordering, use, and review all medications

-Order medication and medical supplies as required

-Perform health care procedures ordered by medical practitioner and required by standards of professional practice or law to be performed by licensed nursing personnel

-Review and follow-up on physician/consultant recommendations

-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Oasis documentation
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records systems

Skills:

-Home Health experience is necessary
- Utilization management
- Discharge planning
- Diagnostic evaluation
- Critical care knowledge
- Ability to monitor vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Strong patient service orientation
