Objective:
Our client is looking for an energetic and experienced individual to join the Insurance Services Benefits team. The main function of this role as a Commercial Benefits Producer is to identify and cultivate new clients within the commercial insurance middle market space, driving business from relationships built with Payroll Reps, Bankers, Accountants, existing clients, as well as direct prospecting efforts. In addition to selling Group Benefits insurance to new clients, you will cross-sell benefits solutions with our existing team, and effectively close sales from companies ranging from 50 - 500 employees.
To set you up for success, you will have a dedicated mentor, ongoing sales training, and we will engage your unique talents and perspectives. Our client welcomes your ideas on how to do things differently and better. Doors will open for advancement opportunities and industry-leading compensation, benefits, and other rewards.

· Implement sales strategy targeting key decision makers and business owners to build a network and drive business.
Deepen Relationships
· In addition to Group Benefits risk management, strategically cross-sell into existing accounts by putting the spotlight on our client's diverse white glove solutions.
Collaborate Daily
· Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients.
· Be an ambassador by spending time in the field and building beneficial relationships with influential decision makers.
· Develop and maintain relationships with internal groups.
EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED: Required Qualifications
· High School Diploma
· Health & Life License
