OVERVIEW

The UDI Team Supervisor will lead a team in delivering a high level of UDI support service for Solventum. They will manage a team of 5 employees with multiple customer projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works with Manager to supervise department employees to meet team objectives and complete customer projects
• Works with Manager on new business opportunities and department resource management
• Maintain customer relationships through regular communication and updates on project status
• Works with the recruiting team to fill open positions and conducts interviews
• Train new team members
• Review and approve timesheets and PTO requests.
• Act as a team resource for technical questions and/or Pace policies
• Conduct employee performance reviews and ensure Pace policies are followed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Pace employee with a track record of delivering great customer service
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science (toxicology, industrial hygiene, environmental science)
• Familiarity with
• Detail oriented, highly motivated, and skilled at time management
