Requisition Summary

The Receptionist/Scheduler candidate should truly enjoy interacting with people. This person will have exemplary phone rapport and aptitude for customer service, be organized, detailed-oriented, has great written and verbal skills. He/she possesses the ability to prioritize & multi-task in an independent work environment, is professional in demeanor, appearance and presence. When scheduling this person is responsible for releasing and tracking production orders through SAP. This person is also responsible for maintaining and/or processing information such as parts releases. Keeping track of LSI inventory levels and resupplying will also be part of this position.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
• Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.

• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Update and release orders/interact with SAP
• Facilitate Line Side Inventory management through SAP
• Update shortage and expedite portals (Dynacraft EWI)
• Prepare daily production communications to customers, managers, etc.
• Perform resupply to production area
• Print and prioritize orders for designated production areas

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• One year shop floor experience with Dynacraft preferred
• SAP experience desired
• Associate's Degree desired
