Your Role
PAC is seeking a self-motivated individual responsible for maintaining and servicing our customers mainly in the Greater Los Angeles area and will be expected to travel to other parts of the country and internationally, if needed. Installs, configures, calibrates, certifies repairs, maintains, troubleshoots, and operates company products and systems at customer sites primarily on PAC Physical Property Lab and Elemental Analyzers. Provide training to customers on products. Build and maintain customer relationships. Occasionally assist in application troubleshooting.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock when in the operations, laboratory areas or on customer sites. The noise level in the work environment in the office is usually moderate, but due to open office environment noise level may occasionally be high. When performing on-site service, noise and exposure levels may vary dependent on respective customer site conditions.
