A growing property management company is looking for an Appliance Repair Technician with at least three years of related experience to bring their skills and knowledge to one of the largest independently owned companies in the Valley.

Job Summary:

Responsible for installing new home appliances, perform maintenance procedures, removal and replacement of damaged or defective appliance parts, and ensure appliances work properly after the repair.

Responsibilities:

· Drive to multiple locations daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances with high levels of quality and efficiency.

· Inspect appliances to determine the cause of problems and breakdown.

· Identify and evaluate problems and damages.

· Estimate repair costs and timeframes.

· Repair home appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, dryers, dishwashers, washing machines, etc.

· Replace defective or damaged appliance parts.

· Perform tests to ensure appliances work properly after the repair.

· Perform maintenance procedures on appliances.

· Maintain inventory of appliance parts, tools, and equipment.

· Install appliances in residential properties.

· Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience.

· Must have reliable means of transportation for work, transporting tools and materials.

· Proof of automobile insurance required.

· Must have a valid Driver’s License.

· Strong knowledge of repair techniques and installations.

· In-depth knowledge of different home appliances and their components.

· Commitment to accurate and high-quality work

· In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of automatic gates.

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level.

· Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to read, interpret and understand work orders in English.
