PAC HOUSING is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Orleans, LA
Experienced Maintenance Technicians to service our residents' apartments. We are looking for a highly skilled technicians who pay attention to detail and are team players. Experience with repairs in electrical, plumbing and appliance. Must have tools and reliable transportation. Grounds maintenance duties will also be required
As a Maintenance Technician:
- Provide our residents with electrical, plumbing and appliance repair services in a friendly manner.
- Prepare vacant apartments.
- Service tickets in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Certified HVAC experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
