Dispatch Operator

Responsibilities :

• Respond to incidents, alarms, notifications, emails, and calls for service in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
• Process, forward and log information from incoming calls and operate after-hours switchboard in a timely, professional, and effective manner.
• Log shift activity of various officers / buildings using established systems, processes, and protocols.

Requirements :

• Demonstrated exceptional customer service, verbal, and written skills.
• Demonstrated intermediate-level computer skills with Windows, MS Office, and internet.,
• Familiarity with access control and alarm monitoring systems and panels; knowledge of CCTV systems required.
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and adapt to changing conditions, urgent matters, and emergencies.

Schedule : Sunday-Thursday 12 : 00 Midnight-8 : 00am.
