P2E - New Hampshire Group is Hiring a (Cashier) Player Services Representative Near Manchester, NH

Responsible for ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality, compliance, and professionalism, this position involves handling various financial transactions, safeguarding company assets, and contributing to a positive team culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to enhancing the overall guest experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Exceptional Guest Service: Provide next-level guest service to both internal and external guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.

2. Team Motivation: Foster an environment of support and motivation for Team Members, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

3. Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality for all privileged information in accordance with established procedures, company policy, and state regulations.

4. Financial Transactions: Perform verifications on loose and bundled money, coin transactions, and check cashing with precision and attention to detail.

5. Cash Handling: Process jackpots, cash checks, redeem valid gaming vouchers, and convert chips into cash, demonstrating expertise in various transaction types.

6. Asset Protection: Safeguard company assets by strictly adhering to all cage policies and procedures, including Internal Control Policies and Procedures, state regulations, Bank Securities Act, Title 31 Rules and Regulations, and the company’s Responsible Gaming Plan.

7. Accountability: Maintain accountability for all funds entrusted during an assigned shift, ensuring accuracy in balancing all money transactions and paperwork.

8. Fraud Prevention: Monitor for fraud, forged/counterfeit currency, vouchers, or chips, taking proactive measures to uphold the integrity of financial transactions.

9. Cash Inventory Management: Ensure the secure management of the cash inventory at all times.

10. Guest Rewards: Issue free play and food coupons to guests within authorized limits, enhancing their overall experience.

11. Problem Resolution: Resolve problems within the scope of authority, recommending courses of action for issues beyond the scope to the position’s supervisor.

12. Communication: Keep the position supervisor informed of relevant activities, contributing to effective communication within the team.

13. Financial Reconciliation: Balance all funds under your responsibility and prepare reconciliation reports with accuracy and efficiency.

14. Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and a proactive approach to contributing to the success of the team.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED.

· Preferred experience in banking and guest service.

· Proficiency with menu-driven programs required; Word and Excel skills preferred.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to formulate and convey ideas effectively.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in an environment exposed to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels, including flashing lights.
