The Business Office Manager position involves working with clients, internal staff, and external vendors to process orders, quotes, issues, completed title examination reports, recordings, invoicing, digital scanning, emailing completed projects, filing, and assisting management as needed. Direct management of one to two Assistants. Managing and meeting deadlines. Our clients are Real Estate Settlement companies, Law firms, Surveyors, and specialty companies for utility, railroad, timber, oil, minerals, gas, solar.

9am-5pm, Monday - Friday: Paid vacation, State and Federal Holidays.
Qualifications:
· 2 years of college and/or related experience - required
· Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills – required
· Ability to interpret government real estate records, legal documents, and orders to reconcile with customer and vendor order fulfillment - required
· Excellent communication skills, both hand-written, typed, and verbal – required
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - required
· Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop– preferred
· Microsoft Word - required
· Microsoft Excel - required
· E-Mail management (data entry, status, completed projects) - required
· Customer Relationship Management (all orders are by phone or e-mail; no onsite clients) - required
· General geographical knowledge of Virginia (search assignments) - preferred
· General use of office equipment (computers, scanners, etc.) - required
· Ability to manage client files (multi-tasking/time-sensitive work flow) - required
· Prior knowledge of real estate terms, property transfers, etc. - preferred
· Valid drivers license – required
· Reliable vehicle – required
· Works well with others in a positive team-based office
