Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
