Ozark Physical Medicine Center for Operations is Hiring a Personal Caregiver Near Poplar Bluff, MO

Seeking aides that want to make a difference assisting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Duties include:

Helping them achieve their highest level of independence and being there for assistance when they cant

We support them in building their own lives, in their own homes, and in the community

We are committed to our patients and clients by helping them;

Improve physical health and development.

Improve language and communication.

Teach social skills

Achieve increased levels of learning and reasoning.

Ensuring all health and safety needs are met

Participating in community activities.

Teaching household and independent living skills

Modeling social skills.

Supporting people to advocate for themselves.

Accessing leisure activities.

Helping to obtain and maintain a job, when desired.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • Medication Aide (Preferred)
  • Must have a valid driver license
  • Must have a reliable automobile
  • Must have current automobile insurance

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
  • Night Shift (Preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (Preferred)

  • Multiple Locations
