Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with potential customers by employing strong communication and interpersonal tactics throughout their vehicle selection
• Drive current and future auto sales by maintaining an accurate customer database
• Serve as an expert in new and used cars’ performance and key differences to thoroughly answer all customer questions

As an Automotive Showroom Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate Test Drives and Demonstrations: Professionally and courteously arrange and conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations to provide customers with an immersive experience
• Field Customer Inquiries: Responsively handle inquiries about both new and used cars, vehicle performance, and the purchasing process to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Welcoming Customer Reception: Greet and receive customers in a welcoming and professional manner, creating a positive first impression and contributing to successful car sales
• Adherence to Dealership Standards: Consistently adhere to dealership standards and policies, with a focus on delivering superb customer satisfaction throughout the sales and negotiation process
• Accurate Recordkeeping: Maintain precise and up-to-date records within the customer database to support automotive sales efforts and provide valuable insights

Qualifications:
