Overview Of Responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership and direction to the members of the manufacturing cell team.
- Oversee and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, processes, and product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the performance of equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and maintenance teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members on operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including production logs, inspection reports, and quality records.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in injection molding processing is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
