Who we are looking for

We are looking for an HR Generalist to contribute to the formation and development of an effective team and to handle recruiting tasks:

• Implementation of HR processes (onboarding/offboarding, adaptation, participation in PDP, organization of Performance & Salary review, conducting 360);
• Full-cycle recruiting: from defining requirements to successfully closing the vacancy.
• Conducting corporate events within the company (or within teams);
• Employee satisfaction assessment, analysis of the obtained results, and formulation of HR initiatives;
• Regular 1:1 communication with employees to identify and prevent risks;
• Building close collaboration with team leaders to create a plan for team retention and development;
• Development of corporate culture and team engagement.

You are right for us if you have

• Minimum of 2 years in HR generalist or recruiter position.
• Higher education, incomplete higher education is acceptable. Preferably in psychology, sociology, or international relations.
• Upper Intermediate English.
• Skills of general principles and approaches to full-cycle recruiting.
• Understanding of how the HR system works overall and how to implement HR processes (knowledge of basic HR processes: onboarding, assessment and training, offboarding).
• Skills for effective remote work in teams (online meetings, communication rules, etc.)
• Information processing skills for handling large volumes of data.
• Efficient time management (ability to prioritize and focus).
• Ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues.

What we are waiting for at the start (for successful completion of the probationary period)

• Mastering the processes and tools of the team in Fibery and Intra
• Conduct meetings with managers of assigned teams and teams for acquaintance.
• Review current documents related to colleagues from assigned teams (PDP, 360, etc.).
• Close one of the current job vacancies.
