Owl Bookkeeping and CFO Services is looking for a self-motivated accountant to join our company and work with several clients to help them manage their day-to-day operations in finance. Going from client to client offers exciting variety in your day!

We are looking for a bookkeeper/accountant to manage all of clients:

• Financial transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Process payroll, 1099s, sales tax and use tax
• Process accounts receivables
• Process accounts payables
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements

Required Experience:

· 2 to 4-year degree in accounting

· 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper or accountant that has managed several clients before

· QuickBooks Online and Desktop experience is a must have.

· Sage or SAP - a $ bonus.

Required Skills:

• Going out on location to clients each day and /or at our co-working office
• Ability to manage multiple clients and multiple deadlines
• Day to day accounting to include A/R, A/P, payroll, benefit admin, general ledger reconciliations and preparing financial statements - budgeting and forecasting
• Ability to tie out a balance sheet to external documents and create working papers
• Full-financial cycle experience preparing and presenting
• GAAP Experience
• Multiple industry and software experience a bonus
• Ability to meet deadlines and have a sense of urgency when needed
• Organize and establish priorities and schedule with multiple clients
