*HIRING IMMEDIATELY IN BERGEN COUNTY**FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE**

Individual support supervisorsare responsible for Individual Support Plan Development, Assessment, and Supervision. Individual Support Supervisor’s provide services at a child's home during assessments, One Hour a week in the home during weekly supervisions, and quarterly reassessments. Supervision and training is provided by the Service Coordinator and Operations Manager. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to;

1. Assessment’s including the completion of the CABS, and related assessments, e.g., task analysis, preference assessments, reinforcer assessments
2. Individual Support Plan development-Objectives must be Observable, Measurable, Attainable, and Time-Limited Supervision of Individual Support Technicians II & III
3. Data analysis
4. Modifications to the Individual Support Plan as needed
5. Progress Notes
6. Conform with and provide services under all protocols including documentation and timeframes,established by CSOC and managed by the CSA

Qualifications: Ideal applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, guidance and counseling, social work or a related field and at least one year of supervised experience in developing and implementing positive behavior support and ADL/Instrumental skill plans for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities. They should also have experience teaching/working with children and/or adolescents, good interpersonal skills, be able to maintain good working relationships with families and other professionals, knowledge of developmental and intellectual disabilities, have good time management skills, and enjoy working with kids. Job specific training is provided.
