Owen Electric has been in business since 1986. We primarily do large commercial, institutional, and multifamily electrical construction projects. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary focus to be safety, quality control and labor budgets in that order of importance.
• Distribute manpower based on project needs.
• Enforce quality control polices.
• Maintain excellent customer service.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager
• Oversee and direct all job Superintendents and Foremen.
• Supervise the construction of multiple projects.
• Supervise and develop the field team with the project management team.
• Manage the project labor budgets.
• Develop, document and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the field.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents to be able to coordinate with other trades, plan ahead and anticipate potential problems before they arise.
• Monitor safety performance and verify safety compliance; act as primary safety representative in the field.
• Attend meetings, oversee daily reports and documents.
• Communicate schedule status, updates and changes to project team and other trade contractors.
• Coordinate and manage jobsite logistics.
• Oversee project quality plan and implement necessary changes.
• Meet weekly with the project management team for project status meetings
• QUALIFICATIONS:
• OSHA 30
• 5 years experience as an electrical superintendent running multiple commercial and institutional projects.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needs.
• Must possess the ability to participate in sales process, interviews and presentations.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
