We are looking for a technically skilled candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the remote Technical Support Agent position. The remote Technical Support Agent troubleshoots technical issues and provides timely customer feedback.

The Technical Support Agent will need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities:

• Identify hardware and software solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Diagnose and repair faults.
• Resolve network issues.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Speak to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Talk to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
• Follow up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Support the roll-out of new applications.
• Provide support in the form of procedural documentation.
• Manage multiple cases at one time.

Tech Support Agent Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or information technology (Preferred)
• Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role (REQUIRED)
• Proficiency in Windows.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (PST)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
