Hiring Immediately, Account Manager
As part of a growing, tight-knit, insanely talented team of creative and marketing professionals this Account Coordinator will need to wear many hats and become an integral part of everything we do.
Core Responsibilities
  • Strategically serve as support to the Account Manager for keystone clients. Assisting
  • with a robust roster of clients from various verticals.
  • Work with Resource Management team putting all task cards into project management
  • system.
  • Compile agendas, attend client meetings with account team and take all notes, create
  • summaries for approval.
  • Address client needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop
  • and maintain strong relationships.
  • Assist account team on implementation of marketing plans and campaigns, 90-day
  • plans, client onboarding processes.
  • Using project management expertise, task and track campaign details ensuring all
  • deadlines and budget parameters are met.
  • Work with the Account Management and Resource Management team to monitor
  • budgets including review and identification of any overages.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of creative, production, and media initiatives to
  • internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on client industries and issues as well as the latest developments in
  • advertising, marketing, and media technologies, strategies, and platforms.
  • Digital, media, and marketing consultation knowledge with insights and analytics a
  • plus.

Requirements

● 1-3 years direct Account Management experience
● Bachelor’s Degree preferred
● Ad/Marketing Agency and digital marketing experience a plus
