```Job Summary```

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team. As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and dispatching service requests to our team of technicians. Your excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask will ensure that our customers receive prompt and efficient service.

```Duties```

- Receive incoming service requests via phone or email

- Gather necessary information from customers to accurately assess the nature of the service needed

- Dispatch technicians to service locations based on their availability, proximity, and skillset

- Monitor technician progress and provide updates to customers as needed

- Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatches, and technician availability

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of service issues

- Utilize GPS and transportation management systems to optimize technician routes and minimize travel time

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and generating reports

```Requirements```

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in dispatching or customer service preferred

- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, etc.

- Strong knowledge of transportation planning and logistics processes

- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette

- Ability to type quickly and accurately

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of HVAC industry terminology is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 22.5 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Collinsville, OK 74021: Relocate before starting work (Required)
