Ovation Property Management is looking for a dynamic personality! We are looking for an experienced Tax Credit Leasing Agent preferably with Onesite knowledge. Hourly pay, plus performance bonus opportunities. Move in bonuses paid monthly. Lease up 55 New Community. Working weekends will be required. No phone calls please. Only serious, tax credit experienced applicants need to apply. Leasing Agent responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Show and lease apartments
• Administrative duties
• Proper execution of policies and procedures
• Achieve resident satisfaction through communication, responsiveness to needs, and professionalism.
• Some experience with Section 42 property management
• Strong communication/computer skills
• Exceptional organization skills
• Ability to multi task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional Appearance
• Ability to work well with managers and other personnel
