Maintenance Technicians needed for beautiful Ovation community; Summer Winds Apartments. Candidates need a strong working knowledge of HVAC and a CPO (swimming pool) certification a plus.

Maintenance Technician duties include but are not limited to:

• HVAC service and repairs
• Appliance repairs
• General service requests including plumbing, electrical and carpentry
• Apartment turn preparation
• Grounds/common area maintenance including swimming pool clean and chemistry

Candidates must be willing to:

• Work weekends
• Take after hours emergency maintenance calls at least 3 days per week
• Provide own basic tools

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
