**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to provide support to our internal users. **Duties:** - Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. - Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. - Troubleshoot technical issues related to network connectivity, printers, and mobile devices. - Set up and configure new laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. - Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and equipment. **Skills:** - Proficiency in Windows operating systems and computer hardware. - Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and GPO management. - Experience with Meraki networking equipment and ServiceNow ticketing system. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Strong communication skills to interact with users at all levels.
