Ovation Workplace services is Hiring a Desktop Support Analyst Near Lincoln, NE

Job Overview: We are seeking a Support Analyst to join our team and provide technical assistance to our clients. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and servers - Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications - Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues - Document all support activities and resolutions in a timely manner - Assist with user training on software applications and systems - Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets Experience: - Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role - Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols - Familiarity with desktop support and IT support best practices - Experience with Windows Server administration - Proficiency in troubleshooting Linux-based systems - Knowledge of Jira or similar ticketing system is a plus - Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for mobile devices We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
