**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. **Duties:** - Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals - Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems - Set up user accounts and profiles - Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner - Perform software troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues - Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systems - Maintain accurate records of repairs and fixes for future reference **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role - Proficiency in Windows Server, Mac OS, TCP/IP, DNS, Jira, and ServiceNow - Strong knowledge of IT support principles including help desk procedures - Familiarity with firewall technologies is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Join our team as a Desktop Support Technician and contribute to providing reliable technical support to our organization.
