Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leadership:
- Coach and support the members of the client service team.
- Facilitate the onboarding of each new client and transition that client onto a client service representative.
- Ensure that the client service team is providing excellent client service.
- Implement policy and procedures within the department.
- Resolve complex client issues that arise.
- Resolve all escalations.
- Client Relations:
- Interact with clients to build relationships.
- Ensure that client needs are being met by the company.
- Communicate updates or regulations to the clients.
- Ensure that the client service team is very responsive to the client requests.
- Coordinate all annual or bi-annual client success meetings.
- Analysis:
- Create quarterly and Monthly departmental reports to analyze the practices goals are met.
- Facilitate all analytical requests from the client and determine if IT assistance is necessary to deliver the analysis.
- Frequently review the client’s revenue to ensure client expectations are met as well as identifying trends.
