At Outta Boundz (Coming in June 2023), Party Hosts make birthday parties at Outta Boundz stress-free for parents and memorable for kids. Our Party Hosts anticipate guest needs, inspire fun, and manage all the party details.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- *Inspire memorable experiences by providing top-notch guest service and remaining attentive to guest needs. *Interact with guests with genuine enthusiasm and energy to ensure the best guest experience. *Facilitate all aspects of events and effectively sell and upsell product offerings. *Process transactions with accuracy and timeliness. *Maintain cleanliness and safety standards and report operational issues. *Conduct pre-event and post-event duties. *Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- *Must be 16 years of age. *Friendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude. *Excellent communication and customer service skills. *Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. *Successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments.
